Active COVID-19 case count in Thunder Bay district falls to two

The district health unit reported no new cases on Tuesday.

THUNDER BAY — The number of active COVID-19 cases in the Thunder Bay district has fallen to just two.

The Thunder Bay District Health Unit on Tuesday reported no new active cases, and the resolution of two previous cases.

Neither of the two current COVID-19 patients is receiving treatment in hospital.

The district's caseload has remained in the single digits for more than two weeks, and has not exceeded 20 since June 19, 2021.
