THUNDER BAY -- One person was taken to hospital following an aggravated assault Tuesday morning.
Thunder Bay Police are investigating the assault, which happened around 9:30 a.m. in the 300 block of Ogden Street.
According to a release, officers assisted a 16-year-old girl who had been assaulted and was in need of medical attention. She was transported to hospital by ambulance.
A 16-year-old girl and an 18-year-old man were arrested and are in custody for obstructing police.
Police are looking to locate the suspect in this incident that fled before police arrived.
This investigation is ongoing.
