THUNDER BAY – An air quality statement is in place one again for the city.

The more severe air quality warning that was been in for several days was lifted earlier Friday morning, but the new statement was issued by Environment Canada just after 11 a.m.

Smoke from wildfires in Northern Ontario and western Canada has caused issues with air quality for much of July.
