Police are investigating another convenience store robbery.
Thunder Bay Police Service officers say they responded to reports of a robbery at the Mac’s Mart on May Street just before 4 a.m. Thursday.
Police say a man armed with a knife entered the store and demanded the clerk to hand over money and cigarettes.
The employee was ordered out of the store and into the back alley where he was forced to lie down as the suspect fled the area.
The employee was not injured during the robbery.
The suspect is described as being an Aboriginal man standing about six-feet and one-inch tall and weighing about 170 pounds. He had a thin build.
The suspect wore dark clothes, jogging pants with a white stripe down the legs and a hooded jacket with white markings on the front and back at the time of the robbery.
He also had his face concealed with a black bandana.
