Armstrong OPP investigating motorized snow vehicle collision

Armstrong OPP are investigating a motorized snow vehicle collision that sent one man to hospital with serious injuries.

ARMSTRONG, Ont. -- Paramedics took one man to hospital Wednesday following a collision on Obonga Lake.

Ontario Provincial Police officers responded to a report of a motorized snow vehicle collision Wednesday afternoon on Obonga Lake, about 40 kilometres south of Armstrong.

The driver of the MSV was travelling on the lake when he collided with a large snow drift and was ejected from the vehicle.

The man sustained serious injuries and was transported to the Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre by ambulance.

The investigation is ongoing.
