Police in Atikokan have charged a man in connection with several break-ins that have been reported in that community.
Officials with the Rainy River District Detachment of the OPP say the Atikokan branch of the Royal Canadian Legion and the Quetico Inn were targets of break-ins on Dec. 9.
Following an investigation, police arrested a 26-year-old Atikokan man. Police charged the suspect with two counts of possession of stolen property and two counts of break and enter.
The man is expected to appear in Atikokan Provincial Court on Jan. 26, 2012.
