THUNDER BAY -- A man accused of sexually assaulting an intellectually disabled man will appear in bail court again on May 29.
Ronald John Fossum, 55, is charged with sexual assault, breach of probation and failure to comply with an undertaking.
Fossum is a convicted sex offender and was already facing sexual assault charges allegedly involving four minors.
Fossum appeared in bail court via video Tuesday afternoon at the Thunder Bay Courthouse and was remanded until Thursday, when he will appear again via video.
