THUNDER BAY — According to an Ontario Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs news release, Superior Bakes Inc. has received a share of funding "to conduct a shelf-life study and market (its) line of products to domestic markets."
In 2023, the province and feds earmarked $12 million over five years for the Grow Ontario Market Initiative.
Under the program, participating food-industry businesses can receive up to $60,000 to help offset project costs.
