The winter that never ends has forced Sunday’s Battle of the Atlantic ceremony indoors. Naval officials on Saturday said lingering ice and snow at the Marina Park Anchorage convinced them to move the ceremony to HMCS Griffon headquarters.

The time of the annual event will remain 2 p.m.
