Body found

The body of drowning victim Larry Larivee has been recovered from the MacKenzie River. OPP officials says they located the 26-year-old’s remains on Tuesday at about 6:15 p.m.

The body of drowning victim Larry Larivee has been recovered from the MacKenzie River.

OPP officials says they located the 26-year-old’s remains on Tuesday at about 6:15 p.m., after receiving a call from the public that a body had been spotted, near where Larivee went under while swimming on June 19.

Foul play is not suspected. A post-mortem has been ordered.
