OPP in Ignace have cordoned off an area near Kay Lake after the apparent discovery of a body there.
Details are scarce at this point, but media reports say witnesses saw a blue tarp and officers combing the area, which is located about 25 kilometres east of Ignace. The town's mayor Lionel Cloutier said the body was apparently discovered Wednesday.
Dryden OPP were unavailable to provide more details Thursday afternoon.
