UPDATE: Police investigate break in at local business (VIDEO)

Local Police have released video images of suspects responsible for two Break and Enter incidents at The Little Mermaid, stolen items recovered.

THUNDER BAY - Items stolen during two weekend robberies of a south side business have been recovered.

According to Thunder Bay Police, information received by patrol officers resulted in the recovery of the majority of items stolen from The Little Mermaid.  

Thunder Bay Police have released video images of suspects responsible for two break and enter incidents at the Victoria Avenue East business.

Police responded to the first incident that took place just after 7:15 a.m. on March 12, 2017. The suspected smashed the front windows and four dresses from the store were taken.

Just before 5:00 a.m. on March 13, 2017, two suspects again smashed the front windows and enter the store and took a number of items including dresses, pants and jewelry.

Video images obtained show the suspects arriving in the area via the laneway east of the business and leaving by the similar route.

The suspects are described as wearing dark baggy clothing. The police would like to ask members of the public to watch the videos and take a close look at the clothing and the manner of walking/running to see if they can recognize anyone involved in this incident.
