THUNDER BAY -- Provincial police arrested a 23-year-old man found hiding in a basement after allegedly breaking into a seasonal residence along Highway 11/17.

OPP officers were called to a possible break and enter at about 7:30 p.m. Monday in the Dawson Road Lots Township, an unincorporated area west of Thunder Bay. Upon arrival, officers observed a window at the back of the residence had been smashed, the OPP said in a Tuesday news release.
