THUNDER BAY — Power has been restored across the city, after a massive rush hour outage that affected thousands of people.
Synergy North had said the Thursday outage appeared to be caused by loss of supply for two transmission stations.
The utility's outage map estimates that as many as 25,000 customers may be affected.
The outage lasted about half an hour.
