Canadians crossing into the U.S. at Pigeon River up 3 per cent

Figures released by Canada Border Services show that the number of people going to the U.S. through Pigeon River is slightly higher than the same time last year. In March, more than 42,000 people were processed through the border crossing.

Figures released by Canada Border Services show that the number of people going to the U.S. through Pigeon River is slightly higher than the same time last year. 

In March, more than 42,000 people were processed through the border crossing. 

Officials with the agency said that represents a three per cent increase in Canadian travellers, and a three per cent decrease in Americans over the same period last year.
