A Thunder Bay man charged with sexual assault for alleged  incidents involving young boys has had his case delayed again.

Jeff Paxton, 46, was arrested June 17 and charged for sexual assault for incidents that allegedly involved young boys between 1983 and 2004.

Police laid four charges against Paxton, who was a camp counselor at Round Lake Bible Camp when the incidents are said to have occurred.

Police had also charged him with an additional six counts last year.

Paxton appeared in provincial court Friday as a judgement on those 2012 charges was scheduled, but the judge asked the Crown for further submissions.

Paxton was remanded on all charges to July 5.
