THUNDER BAY -- Thunder Bay OPP have laid charges against the driver of a transport that tipped over on the Thunder Bay Expressway.
Ontario Provincial Police responded to a report of a single motor vehicle collision Sunday around 1 p.m. on Highway 11/17 at the intersection of Dawson and Red River Road.
A tractor trailer unit making a left turn from Dawson Road onto Highway 11/17 eastbound, flipped onto its side during the turn.
The driver was able to escape uninjured.
