After a province-wide Amber Alert was issued on Monday, the child was located in the city in good health.

On Tuesday afternoon, OPP released details of charges laid against 47-year-old Lynda McCallum.

They include:

  • abduction in contravention of a court order

  • assault

The accused woman was released from custody and is scheduled to appear in court in early June.
