No one was injured following a fire at a Prescott Crescent housing complex.
Thunder Bay firefighters were called to the home just before 6 p.m. Sunday. A family was at home at the time of the fire, but everyone managed to escape beore crews arrived.
Firefighters were able to extinguish the fire quickly and managed to contain it to the one unit.
Crews speculate the fire started after a young child was playing with a lighter, causing extensive smoke damage to the upstairs bedroom.
Firefighters at the scene say there is no major structural damage, however the tenants have not been able to return home.
