The incident occurred at about 7:45 a.m., and involved a bus servicing the South 90 run for students of Valley Central Public School and Westgate Collegiate.

According to Student Transportation Services of Thunder Bay, the bus was in the process of making a left turn at a fire hall on Highway 608.

They were released into the care of their parents.

An OPP spokesperson told TBNewswatch that a charge under the Highway Traffic Act is pending against the truck driver.
