ST CROIX, Minn. — The Thunder Bay Chill are continuing their hot streak.
The Chill picked up their fifth straight USL League Two victory, recording a 2-0 road victory over the St. Croix Legends to solidify their push for a playoff spot.
Thunder Bay opened the scoring early, as Jamie Wynn netted the icebreaker within the first minute of the contest.
Hugo Tavares doubled the away side's lead later in the first half to round out the scoring.
Chill keeper Nathaneal Sallah registered his second consecutive clean sheet, bringing his season tally to three.
The win vaults the Chill to the top of the USL League Two Deep North Division table, one point clear of RKC Third Coast and two points ahead of FC Manitoba.
Thunder Bay continues their road trip on Wednesday with a match against Minneapolis City SC.
