THUNDER BAY — The City of Thunder Bay is reminding residents they still have an opportunity to tell city hall how they feel about municipal services and programs, and about the quality of life in the community.

The bi-annual Citizen Satisfaction Survey launched at the beginning of April with a poll conducted by telephone.

The city commissioned public opinion research company Ipsos to randomly question 500 residents over a period of two weeks.

An online version of the survey was posted next, and it will remain accessible here until April 30:  https://getinvolvedthunderbay.ca/

The questions are numerous and varied.

They range from topics such as the size and makeup of city council to property taxes, crime, the need for an indoor turf facility, snow removal and street maintenance.

One question asks whether residents feel proud about living in Thunder Bay.

City administration and council may consider the feedback during their decision-making process.
