City announces management changes

The city has announced a minor shake-up within its senior management team. Community Services manager Greg Alexander is now the General Manager of Community and Emergency Services.

The city has announced a minor shake-up within its senior management team. 

Community Services manager Greg Alexander is now the General Manager of Community and Emergency Services. 

That means the fire service and Superior North EMS will now report to Alexander instead of City Manager Tim Commisso. 

The other change will see Transportation and Works manager Darrell Matson become the GM of Infrastructure and Operations. 

The parks division will now fall under Matson's department rather than community services.  Commisso says the changes will streamline the organization.
