City named runner up in power-reducing competition

Thunder Bay finished in second place in its Power Pledge Community Challenge competition. The province-wide contest encouraged residents to sign up and pledge to reduce their energy consumption.

The province-wide contest encouraged residents to sign up and pledge to reduce their energy consumption.

The City of Thunder Bay finished just behind Whitby for communities with more than 75,000 people. For cities with a population under 10,000, Sioux Lookout finished in first while Dryden was among three runners-up.
