THUNDER BAY – City police arrested and charged a 32-year-old with three counts of break and enter, and three counts of breach of probation.
On Tuesday, a media release was issued stating that Ashley Marie Collins was wanted in connection with the entry into an elderly woman’s home in the city’s south side on March 13.
Two additional charged of break and enter to and breach of probation were related to incidents which occurred at two other south side homes.
Officers located Collins near Donald and Brodie streets Wednesday afternoon and she was taken into custody without incident.
Collins has been held in custody for her next court date on Friday.
