THUNDER BAY — The City of Thunder Bay is trying to sell an office building across from city hall.
The property at 141 May St. S. formerly housed the city's human resources department, which is now located in the Victoriaville Civic Centre.
The asking price for the 14,600 square foot building is $269,000.
It's zoned C5 - Central Business District.
The realtor who has the listing says he's showed it to a few interested parties.
