City requests expressions of interest for Prince Arthur’s Landing opportunities

THUNDER BAY – The City of Thunder Bay has released a Request for Expressions of Interest (EOI) for opportunities related to Prince Arthur’s Landing.
 
The objective of this Expression of Interest is to seek submissions from proponents that may be interested in potential opportunities to provide products, services and or amenities at Prince Arthur’s Landing, Marina Park.
 
Prince Arthur’s Landing is a vibrant, year-round attraction with many existing activities and amenities for residents and visitors to enjoy. Through this EOI, the City of Thunder Bay intends to explore new ideas that could increase opportunities to attract, retain and serve residents and visitors at Prince Arthur’s Landing on a year-round basis.
 
Responses to this EOI will help the City gauge interest in various options to operate at Prince Arthur’s Landing in 2021 and beyond.
