City under extreme cold warning

Temperatures expected to drop to as low as -35 C between now and Sunday.

THUNDER BAY -- Environment Canada has placed Thunder Bay under an extreme cold warning.

Temperatures are expected to hover between -29 C and -35 C, with wind chills of -40 C. The warning is in effect until Sunday morning, with cold temperatures expected to last into early next week.
