THUNDER BAY – For the second time this month, Confederation College is warning the public about positive COVID-19 cases visiting their Thunder Bay campus.
In a notice published to the college’s website, students are advised that individuals associated with the Confederation College community have tested positive for the virus.
“Prior to knowledge of their COVID-19 exposure, these individuals accessed the college campus,” the notice reads.
The college does not specify if it was students, staff or other visitors to the campus who tested positive, where they might have been on campus or the date range of possible visits.
Several areas of the school have been closed off for deep cleaning and any one deemed a high-risk contact will be contacted directly by public health.
