THUNDER BAY — Highway 11/17 has reopened between Red River Road and Balsam Street..
Police had blocked off the highway's northbound lanes at Red River Thursday afternoon, with several police cruisers holding a scene, including several vehicles, just north of the intersection.
Ontario 511 confirmed the incident involved a collision Thursday.
