Collision in Marks Township leads to impaired driving charge

A 43-year-old woman was arrested Monday evening.

THUNDER BAY — A resident of Nolalu has been charged with impaired driving and operating a vehicle while having a blood alcohol concentration over the legal limit.

The charges follow a single vehicle collision in Marks Township on Monday evening.

OPP said the incident occurred on Cronk Road around 9 p.m.

After determining the driver was impaired, officers arrested her and took her to the Thunder Bay detachment for further testing.

The 43-year-old was released from custody pending a court appearance in May.
