There are new concerns over the future of a major Thunder Bay condominium development.
TBT News has learned that the contractor involved with a condo project at the Thunder Bay Country Club has pulled crews off the job and closed the gates at the site. When our cameras visited the site this morning there was no visible activity.
Efforts to reach the developer and members of the Country Club Executive for an explanation have been unsuccessful.
TBT News has also learned of an emergency meeting of the Country Club Board that has been scheduled for Thursday to address the the issue.
This comes just weeks after city council approved an expansion of the project from 80 to 109 units.
