Coun. Giertuga becomes third candidate in McIntyre Ward

There is now a three-man race for the city council seat in the McIntyre Ward. Incumbent Coun. Trevor Giertuga filed his nomination papers at city hall. Coun. Giertuga is seeking a fourth term on council after holding the seat for the past 10 years.

There is now a three-man race for the city council seat in the McIntyre Ward.

Incumbent Coun. Trevor Giertuga filed his nomination papers at city hall. Coun. Giertuga is seeking a fourth term on council after holding the seat for the past 10 years.

The other declared candidates in the McIntyre race are Trudy Tuchenhagen and Terrence Yahn.

The municipal elections will be held on Oct. 25.
