The city will have new legal representation next year.
City solicitor Rosalie Evans is taking a sabbatical for 2012. City council met her replacement Nadia Koltun on Monday. Koltun has more than 30 years of municipal law experience most recently in Caledon, Ont. She starts Jan.3, 2012.
