THUNDER BAY -- Are you cheap or are you frugal?
That's the theme of this years Credit Education week, which the Thunder Bay Counselling Centre kicked off at Lakehead University Tuesday.
It hosted a workshop to help students take control of their personal finances and avoid problems. Financial counselor Cyndi Sereda was on hand to share tips and tools on spending habits and teach them how to be frugal without being cheap.
Sereda encourages anyone who is having difficulty with their finances to contact the Thunder Bay Counselling Centre.
