MARATHON, Ont. - The Thunder Bay District Health Unit has declared an outbreak of COVID-19 at the Holy Saviour Catholic School in Marathon over.
The outbreak was declared at Holy Saviour on Dec. 10 after three cases were confirmed associated with the school.
According to the health unit, following a period of heightened surveillance at the school, the outbreak is “considered over and the impacted individuals are no longer considered to be at elevated risk.”
The health unit said no additional cases of COVID-19 have been identified and there is no evidence of additional spread within the school setting.
