THUNDER BAY — An outbreak of COVID-19 has been declared at Shelter House Thunder Bay.
The Thunder Bay District Health Unit and the facility's management made the announcement Tuesday afternoon.
Details such as the number of affected clients and/or staff at the George Street shelter were not disclosed.
TBDHU said it's working with Shelter House staff to manage the outbreak, and that further measures will be taken as required.
