THUNDER BAY -- Firefighters quickly brought a garage fire under control over the holiday weekend.
Thunder Bay Fire Rescue responded to a a report of an explosion inside a Nova Drive garage that led to the fire. The structure was fully involed when firefighters arrived.
Crews began an offensive attack upon arriving on scene.
Two more units responded to secure a water supply, backed up the first arriving pumper and then assisted with salvage and overhaul.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
