Crown presents more evidence in robbery trial

More evidence has been presented by the crown during day three of a credit union robbery trial of 22-year-old Bradley Tomeck. Tomeck is accused of sticking up the Provincial Alliance Credit Union last January.

More evidence has been presented by the crown during day three of a credit union robbery trial of 22-year-old Bradley Tomeck.

Tomeck is accused of sticking up the Provincial Alliance Credit Union last January.

The crown continued to call on police witnesses during the third day of trial. Cell phone records were presented Wednesday from what is alleged to be Tomeck's phone. They included a text message sent to his sister that says q"I went to rob my bank.".

But Tomeck's lawyer is arguing that the message is not an admission of guilt, as phone records in no way verify who actually sent the message.

Tomeck remains in custody. The trial will resume Thursday, when the defense will begin calling its witnesses.
