Cumberland Street facelift now out for tender

THUNDER BAY -- Calls are out for a company to start the city's work to rebuild Cumberland Street. The two-phase $2.7 million project was deferred earlier this year. The city now has the project out for tender, closing Jan. 19.

THUNDER BAY -- Calls are out for a company to start the city's work to rebuild Cumberland Street.

The two-phase $2.7 million project was deferred earlier this year. The city now has the project out for tender, closing Jan. 19.

When complete, Cumberland Street will be redone from Stephens Street to the Current River bridge.
