Dilico Anishinabek Family Care employees across the Northwest will be taking to the picketline starting Monday.
The 350 employees are expected to set up picketlines in district offices in Longlac, Marahton, Nipigon, Armstrong and in Thunder Bay starting at 8 a.m. Monday. The employees, who are members of the Communications, Energy and Paperworkers of Canada, rejected the recent offer from Dilico by 71 per cent last month.
National CEP representatives say members are fed up with heavy case loads, on-call shifts, and current wages.
