Double stabbing injuries aren't life-threatening

THUNDER BAY – City police say the victims of Wednesday night’s double stabbing at a North Vickers Street residence resulted in non life-threatening injuries to both involved.

In a release issued on Thursday, police say a 26-year-old male and a 23-year-old female were taken to hospital after the incident, which took place just before 6:30 p.m.

Police have not indicated whether or not charges will be laid, but did say the investigation is ongoing.
