A 20-year-old man had died after being struck by a vehicle early on Saturday morning at the intersection of Court and Wilson streets.
Thunder Bay Police say a male suspect driver, who they have not yet named, was captured and arrested a short time later in the area of Memorial Avenue and the Harbour Expressway.
The incident occurred at about 1:30 a.m.
Police, in a release issued on Saturday morning, say the investigation continues.
