Dryden OPP seize three kilograms of marijuana in traffic stop

DRYDEN -- Two 29-year-old Kitchener men were transporting over three kilograms of marijuana through Machin on Thursday but that's as far as they got.

DRYDEN -- Two 29-year-old Kitchener men were transporting over three kilograms of marijuana through Machin on Thursday but that's as far as they got. 

Dryden Ontario Provincial Police officers pulled over their blue minivan for a traffic violation and found the marijuana, hashish, and a marijuana derivative substance in their vehicle. 

They face separate charges for all three substances, including drug trafficking and possession for the purpose of trafficking, 

Police estimate the value of the contraband to be around $40,000. 

Both men are being held in Sioux Lookout, pending bail.
