Dryden woman charged after utility vehicle collision

Police found multiple empty alcohol containers at the accident site.

RED LAKE, Ont. — Ontario Provincial Police have charged a resident of Dryden after a collision involving a side-by-side utility vehicle near Ear Falls.

On Monday evening, officers located the vehicle in a ditch along Highway 105, in the middle of multiple empty alcoholic beverage containers.

Police made contact with the driver, who was now occupying a different vehicle.

The 52-year-old woman was charged with operating a motor vehicle while impaired.
