EAR FALLS, ON) – The Ear Falls Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) would like to thank the public for their assistance involving an occurrence that took place during the early morning hours of November 1, 2015 in relation to a male that was observed near the 105 Motel carrying a firearm.
As a result of the investigation, police learned that an altercation had occurred between two males at a social function.
One of the males retrieved a firearm and was returning to the scene of the altercation but the second male had already departed.
A 22-year-old Ear Falls man is charged with Possession of a Weapon for a Dangerous Purpose. The accused is to appear in Red Lake court on December 10, 2015 to answer to the charges.
