THUNDER BAY -- An elderly man is in stable condition after being struck by a vehicle in the Dawson Heights neighbourhood.
Emergency services were called to the corner Valley Street and Strand Avenue shortly after 3 p.m. on Sunday to respond to reports a pedestrian had struck by a car at a traffic light.
The man was loaded onto a stretcher and transported to hospital by ambulance.
Thunder Bay Police say the man suffered only minor injuries.
