The union representing elevator repair workers in Thunder Bay and across Ontario has accepted an offer to end a nearly two-month strike.
The union says the deal gives member companies greater control over their workforce, and includes a wage increase for the next three years.
Members of the International Union of Elevator Constructors have been on strike since May 1.
Elevator technicians in all sectors across the province are expected to be back on the job by July 10 at the latest.
