FORT FRANCES – A 34-year-old Emo man is facing impaired driving charges after being found off Lake Road.
OPP officers located the 34-year-old Wednesday evening on Off Lake Road after receiving a report of a traffic complaint.
During the investigation, the driver was arrested and transported to OPP Detachment for breath tests.
The vehicle was towed from the scene and impounded for seven days.
He will appear in court June 13 to answer to his charge.
