THUNDER BAY — A multi-vehicle collision closed the Thunder Bay Expressway for about an hour on Monday morning.
At least three passenger vehicles appeared to have been involved in a collision that was first reported around 9:40 a.m., according to Ontario 511.
The road was first closed in both directions between Oliver Road and the Harbour Expressway, then opened northbound before being fully reopened at 10:50 a.m.
Ontario Provincial Police were on scene.
An OPP spokesperson said any injuries sustained by people involved in the collision were undetermined, and the cause of the collision remained under investigation.
